Revenge is happy to announce we are on track with the Verde Supercar concept vehicle, marked for completion mid December 2009.

DuPont registry publishing will be the first magazine to have the scoop on the Revenge Verde Supercar renderings in their December 2009 issue. This also kicks off a twelve month advertising campaign with this prestigious automotive magazine.

Revenge has received conformation of our site for the release of the Verde Supercar at the North American International Auto Show, held in Detroit MI January 11th through 24th, 2010 at the Cobo Center.

Well it’s that time of year again and we are off to SEMA (Specialty Engineering Manufactures Association) along with Mr. Douglas Pelmear, owner of HP2G. We are all very exited with the interest in the installation centers in California and looking forward to face-to-face meetings with all interested parties. Mr. Pelmear will also be speaking at the opening of SEMA to discuss all aspects of the HP2G Hybrid V8 engine technology, which is offered as a engine option in the Revenge Supercar. The HP2G engine is the first Hybrid assisted V8 engine, supplying it’s own energy recharge to support the E85 fuel. Engine specifications will be announced after the SEMA release. There will also be an engine on display at the Detroit Auto Show at the Revenge Exhibit.

Welcome Back August 2009

Just a quick update to let you know how we are progressing. The continual meetings with numerous local and state government departments are finally coming to fruition and by the end of the month we should have most business plans, contracts and funding in place for the first of many new Revenge Designs Production, Training and Testing facilities.

The full scale renderings for the all new Revenge Verde are looking fantastic and together with the ground breaking HP2G 110mpg engine, everyone is looking forward to the LA, Detroit and Chicago Auto shows and the start of the world wide advertising campaign. There is a lot more happening behind the scenes and Revenge Designs will let you all in as it falls into place.

Slowly but Surely We’re Winning This Race!
June 2009

The response to our Verde Sedan production vehicle, featuring the revolutionary new HP2g 110 MPG engine, is continually overwhelming.

The thing that has kept us particularly busy is the different Economic Development boards we’ve been working with to find just the right location for our production facility expansion. We have plans for the new assembly and endurance testing facility to be housed on approximately 170-acres. When we make the final location decision the assembly building will be completed first with the full facility being finished by mid-2010. Our current headquarters will remain right where it is during the whole process, and after we’ve built the expansion, for R&D purposes and training.

As you all know, Revenge has the rights to the Installation Centers in all 50 states and the after market sales. We’ve already had a number of applications come in for different Center locations in a number of different states. We’ll be making decisions on where to put the Centers based on the demographic and geographic information provided on the applications. Rest assured, all of the Revenge Certified Installation Centers will uphold our higher standard and use our same attention to detail.

You’ll notice some really great new things happening on the website. We hope you enjoy the new Welcome page! The Verde site will have a ‘grand opening’ sometime in the near future. In the mean time, keep checking back here for updates on any and everything.

Mr. Pelmear (President/CEO of HP2g LLC) has recently passed the EPA testing on emissions by registering 50% lower than the current and the 2016 standards (136g/mi) for vehicle manufacturers. Follow this link to a radio interview with Mr. Pelmear about his motor.

In the past week the Department of Energy announced that they agency is lending money to several different automakers. Congress approved the loan program last year to support “green” vehicle development so automakers can meet the government standard of at least 35 miles per gallon before 2020. The companies that the government has lent the money to are focusing on electric cars for the most part; this has happened because E85 fuel has a bad reputation. Ok, so it’s true that to produce the amount of E85 we need the tractors and farm equipment to do the harvesting would put more pollutants into the air than our cars currently do. But! Using the HP2g motor in farming machinery alleviates that problem and makes E85 a viable solution for now. Not tomorrow. Not in ten years. Now.

Just to clear up a few other E85 misconceptions:

· The U.S. has billions of unused farming land that could be used to produce ethanol instead of relying on Brazil who is the #2 producer in the world and allowing them to continue to cut down thousands of acres of trees. Which, obviously, equals an environmental disaster.

· The largest E85 company in America currently has 200 billion gallons of ethanol in storage currently that could be used immediately upon the HP2g engine being in production.

· An inexpensive alternative to building new E85 pumps at gas stations the two lower grade fuels could be combined to one nozzle and leave a nozzle and tank open for E85 storage. It’s viable and there are engineers setting it up as we speak.

The Revenge Certified Installation Centers and the HP2g motor have so many usage situations that it doesn’t make sense to ignore it. We’re incredibly excited about making the Verde the first vehicle that’s versatile enough for a family and the economic environmental solution the world needs… which is why we’re working so hard to do this right! Our efforts will not only create thousands of jobs America-wide but also will make motoring enjoyable again. America does have the capability to relieve ourselves from the burden of foreign oil dependence and Revenge is investing in our future in order to lead the way.

When it rains, it pours…

And we don’t mean just from the sky. The press coverage and inquiries about the Revenge Verde and the HP2g motor are coming from every direction! The Grand Opening of the HP2g production center went very well on Monday, June 1, 2009. Despite the drizzly weather there wasn’t anything that could dampen the excitement. The day began with a press conference conducted by the President/CEO’s of Revenge Designs and HP2g, followed by public announcements and a Q&A session. The event and ribbon cutting were both quite festive and attended by a number of Ohio State officials (Thank you!). The Revenge Super Car also attended the event and was on display with two of the HP2g Mustang’s. The public thoroughly enjoyed being able to get up close and personal with the vehicles.

During the press conference the concept renderings for the Revenge Verde, a four-door family car, were revealed. The Verde Sedan was shown, as opposed to the Verde Super Car, because it has been decided that America, and the world, needs a car that gives the public what it really wants; a high performance, ultra-high efficiency, sleek, seductive multi-passenger car. We love the look of our Sedan and are extremely excited about the versatility

of the vehicle. The Revenge Verde will be a family car with plenty of room for kids in the back and groceries in the trunk! The Super Car will be built in the future; however, the needs of the American families come first. The entire Revenge family wishes to congratulate Mr. Doug Pelmear for his opening of his HP2g manufacturing facility. We’re all so excited being able to take this huge step forward with HP2g at the Grand Opening and in the coming years. The Tuleva, Verde and the HP2g motor are the future of the automotive market and there is no shortage of interest. So until the official release we’ll just keep enjoying the downpour!

110 MPGe engines might seem like a science-fiction story but for Revenge Designs and HP2G LLC it’s all reality. Peter is eager to announce that we have signed an agreement with HP2G to install their engines for aftermarket purchasers, and best of all, to make the first production vehicle that comes standard with an HP2G engine will be exclusively from Revenge Designs.


	The V-8 HP2g motor uses E85 fuel, is proven 110 mpge (miles per gallon – equivalent), create emissions of less than 200 g/mi, and still generate 400 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque. Doug Pelmear, the President/CEO of HP2G LLC, has been noticed by the X-Prize Foundation and awarded the Green Zone Award at SEMA Las Vegas last year. He also had the opportunity to attend the North American International Auto Show and the Washington Auto Show. Peter actually got to spend a lot of time hanging out and talking shop with Doug at the Detroit show and thoroughly enjoyed the slew of people he brought up to see us!

	Revenge and HP2G have developed a Master Installation Agreement for the United States so that the initial Revenge Certified Installation Center and Test Facility can be built and running by early 2010 with Revenge satellite centers around the country. The new installation center will be an extension of the current Northern Indiana headquarters. Revenge will be maintaining our current office for management and R&D purposes. Expanding will be a positive thing for both Revenge and whatever community will be home to the Revenge Certified Installation Center; Peter has been working tax incentives, local assistance, and employment incentives into the package so that the whole community benefits from the success of Revenge and HP2G. No second location has been decided just yet, but we’re all anxious to see where the new building will be!

	Along with being excited to announce the agreement that has been reached, Peter and Doug are also anxious to announce the first production vehicle to utilize the HP2g 110 mpge V-8 engine will be the (drum roll, please!) …

	The current economic climate and the general public’s concern for energy efficiency makes now the perfect time to introduce a vehicle with such revolutionary fuel-economy that still maintains the amenities in a vehicle that people crave. Things like extra leg and head room, a Ferrari GTB-like wheel base, strong chromoly tubular chassis, left-hand/right-hand drive options and the HP2g motor will all be standard in the new Revenge Verde Super Car.

	The production of the GTM-R Super Car will not continue. It is simply not feasible to produce a vehicle that is not entirely designed in-house and requires such a considerable amount of reconstruction and design.

	The Revenge Verde Super Car has been in development for several months and we hope to release it during the 2009 LA International Auto Show in December. In LA we hope to have a left and right-hand drive version on display; partly to illustrate the versatility of the vehicle and partly to release the vehicle to the entire World! Then in late 2010 Revenge will be introducing the Super Saloon vehicle into the family. The Super Saloon car is in the early stages of the design process and is shaping up to be a tremendous four-door edition to the Revenge line of vehicles.

	By the end of 2009, the installation center building will be in construction and the whole automotive world changed by the Revenge Verde Super Car and the revolutionary HP2g 110 MPGe motor! Peter, Doug and the whole Revenge team cannot wait for this venture to be in full swing!

Revenge has been as busy as ever since our return from the Chicago Auto Show! The Show had approximately 1.5 million people attend making in the largest show in the United States. And it was an honor for Revenge to have the opportunity to share the GTM-R with such a huge audience! We would like to express a sincere thank you to General Motors Performance Parts division for their assistance in the completion and display of Revenge Designs GTM-R Super Car at the Chicago Auto Show. The vehicle, again, got rave reviews from the public and the press. All that positive attention has translated into even more fantastic opportunities for Revenge Designs. We’ve been approached by a number of different national and international distributorships and dealerships who would like to handle the GTM-R. We’re going to carefully weigh our options and work out what is best for the company; as soon as decisions are made we will make an update.

Revenge would like to announce that we are expanding our team! We are looking to hire professionals with backgrounds in metal fabrication, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or all of the above! If you think

Its official! Revenge Designs is off to the Chicago Auto Show!

The Revenge GTM-R Super Car will be at the McCormick Center from February 14th – 22nd for the public to enjoy! If you didn’t get a chance to see the GTM-R at the World Debut in Detroit make sure you get time to see it in Chicago! Revenge Designs could not be happier with how great the North American International Auto Show was! The unveiling of the Revenge GTM-R was quite a rush and the car got a lot of well deserved attention. The GTM-R was featured in everything from The Blade (a Toledo, Ohio newspaper) to being in the “Top Pics” list for vehicle unveilings in Popular Mechanics! With all of the build-up to the unveiling it was even more exhilarating to see the press take photo after photo of the car. Peter did a slew of interviews for every kind of media outlet you can think of! Keep an eye out for Revenge giving a tour of the car to Engineering TV and Peter in the Detroit Bureau, and a couple of international magazines! We are following up with our

media contacts and you’ll see the GTM-R in some very high profile spots very soon After the Press Preview we had to be ready for the intense scrutiny of the Industry Preview days where insiders from other

companies and suppliers had an in depth look at all of the vehicles. The Revenge GTM-R handled the inspection like a pro and the Industry response was just as exciting as the press! Executives and engineers alike loved the look, feel, quality and price tag of the GTM-R. The last week of the show is comprised of the Public Viewing Days. Peter answered every question from “Is it a Ferrari?” to “How much?” to “If I give you my credit card and my first born, can I sit in it?” Overall, we handed out more than 4000 business cards a piece on top of more than 18,000 flyers (and got to write the website address in Sharpie on a few arms)! Since the January 12th debut, the interest in the GTM-R, and Revenge Designs as a company, has

been astounding. We would like to sincerely thank everyone at the Detroit Automotive Dealers Association (particularly Marilyn & Dennis), North American International Auto Show (Thank you, Rod), Convention &

Show Services (especially Bobby and Andrea) Cobo Center, and the City of Detroit for helping to make this show a success for the Revenge GTM-R. What’s next for the Revenge GTM-R? Well, as we confirm different shows and track days (later this year) we will be posting updates right here! You might have read it in the Market Wire release or seen it on YouTube or read it in Edmund’s Inside Line but no matter where you got the information the message is the same… Revenge Designs is elated to debut the Revenge GTM-R Super Car at the North American International Auto Show. The World Debut of the vehicle will be January 12th at 2:20pm in the Revenge Designs Inc exhibit during the Press Preview. Known as “The Show,” NAIAS expects more than 700,000 people to view the show this year, more than 6,500 journalists from over 60 countries to cover the event, and is packed with two weeks of previews and events. Revenge Designs Inc will have a display area neighbored by some of the greatest names in the business including Maybach, Lotus, Lamborghini and more. Peter will be at the exhibit for the full duration of the show to satiate the spectators’ curiosity about the Revenge GTM-R. The public viewing days are from January 12th to the 25th and tickets can be purchased at the North American International Auto Show website. Other fantastic press opportunities are springing up right and left as Revenge has been offered the privilege of appearing in a number of different automotive magazines from around the globe. Links will become available to those magazines when the articles are published.

There are hundreds of reasons why the Revenge Team can hardly contain ourselves about the event; the most important one being the opportunity to debut our high quality, hand-built, super car at a venue that is worthy of a vehicle of this caliber. The amount of work, dedication, and passion that has gone into the Revenge GTM-R has truly made this vehicle a dream come true not only for the company but also for those lucky enough to drive it!

The current specifications sheet has had some minor changes made to it. The full specification sheet will be available after the January 12th release of the Revenge GTM-R. Also, the current concept photographs will be the only pictures available until the World debut. The importance and impressiveness of this vehicle will be made apparent when the public can see, feel and hear the eminence of the Revenge GTM-R. And the whole Revenge family absolutely cannot wait.

Due to unfortunate circumstances concerning the engine builders working on the 800-hp Revenge GTO the vehicle will not have the opportunity to be displayed at this year’s PRI Show. Despite the best efforts of the Revenge Designs team, the outside contractor assembling the engine could not meet the deadline. All of our other even bigger Revenge Designs projects are moving along as planned and the Revenge Team is as enthusiastic as ever.

In other news, Revenge Designs has recently joined with StockProfile.com in order to improve our visibility. StockProfile.com is a customized web-based platform showcasing emerging growth stocks. The website provides the investing public with a creative information source for investors who like to conduct their own research and make their own investment decisions. The platform allows users to review and investigate dynamic publicly traded companies in a user-friendly environment. PRI Trade Show

Revenge Designs is very pleased to announce that we will be taking part in the 21st Annual PRI (Performance Racing Industry) Trade Show in Orlando, Florida. The December 11th – 13th show will have a Revenge GTO displayed front and center in the lobby entrance. It won’t matter if you’re coming or going, you’ll get your daily dose of Revenge as you walk through the doors.

This prestigious position sets the tone for the show behind the registration stands in the lobby, and truly sets the bar for the other vehicles. The entire Revenge family is ecstatic about the honor of being displayed so prominently at such a remarkable event.

Revenge Designs is currently in the completion stages of assembling the display vehicle in association with Harrop Engineering. The vehicle will be a hi-performance 800 horsepower supercharged 427 Revenge Designs GTO; all of the impressive specifications have been exclusively tailored to fit the customer’s requests. We’re very excited to not only have the opportunity to build an exclusively Revenge vehicle for our customer but also to have this exhibit opportunity. PRI is prestigious event and an excellent occasion to present Revenge Designs to a wider audience.

This particular Revenge Signature GTO currently resides in California. The vehicle for display at PRI will be one that is of the exact quality and aesthetic impressiveness… just a bit faster.

With the release of our Revenge GTM Super Car coming up very quickly we’ve been especially busy! The boys in the shop tell us that everything is coming along beautifully and on schedule! Emily has been hard at work listing all of the components we will not be utilizing for our Super Car as we have had them redesigned or totally remanufactured exclusively for Revenge Designs. We are looking forward to, eventually, offering our exclusive parts for sale through Revenge Designs after the release of the Revenge GTM Super Car in December.

Also this week we are very excited to welcoming MasterShift into the Revenge Family! We’re looking forward to a long and on-going relationship with them. Revenge Designs Inc. has been busier than ever! The plans for the Revenge GTM Super Car Release event are moving along wonderfully; the venue for the release event has been booked and we’re hammering out the details to make this event as exciting as the vehicle it’s for!

Soon to be offered for sale are our Revenge Designs R&D Solstice and Ridgeline since the photo shoot for the new brochures has been completed. We’re now looking at purchasing our new line of vehicles for the Revenge 2009 Design Program. The details about the sale of the Revenge Solstice & Ridgeline will be up on the website shortly; if you’ve got any questions about the vehicles before then please email Emily (emily@revengedesignsinc.com). The next step for the Revenge eBay store and “Products” section is the release of the full catalog of Revenge Designs apparel and gifts early next spring.

During our last update we mentioned that the badging/logo for the new GTM was being developed. It has since been released and met with unparalleled enthusiasm. Despite its relative newness the Revenge GTM Super Car logo has already become a very powerful branding tool for Revenge.

In the near future we’ll be bringing Master Shift, an electronic paddle shifter company that “brings the feel of Formula 1 racing to virtually any vehicle with a transmission or transaxle”, into the Revenge family. They will have a link and information up and running in our “Now Available” section very soon.

We’ve had two fantastic photo shoots with Jeff Bell Photography recently. The new pictures of the Revenge Ridgeline and the Revenge Solstice will be up for you to borrow for your desktop in the near future! We’re very excited about the relationship we’ve been developing with Jeff and look forward to future photo shoots for the Revenge GTM Super Car!

The Revenge GTM Super Car release event gets closer everyday, so everyone at Revenge has been working even longer and harder. We’re happy to be going full-speed ahead on the project and look forward to carrying that momentum over into next year. As Revenge develops more products and vehicles we keep creating more opportunity for everyone to get their Revenge. Because as everyone knows, Revenge is Sweet.

Now, it’s back to business. Revenge Designs has begun gearing up for the release of the Revenge GTM Super Car. Literally. We’ve started to develop the branding logo and badges specifically for the vehicle. The Revenge GTM Super Car logo will proudly be displayed on everything to do with the Super Car after it is complete.

We’re also developing a complete line of Revenge GTM Super Car Gear that will encompass everything from Revenge rocks glasses to sweatshirts to corporate gifts.

The new logo will be as clean, sleek and eye-catching as the existing Revenge Designs logo. However, we will be throwing in a twist that will make it truly stand out as the Revenge GTM Super Car logo. The logo will be exclusive to the Revenge GTM Super Car line and will be sold strictly when dealing with the Super Car. If it’s going to be exclusive, might as well go all out!

Revenge Designs Inc. continues to design quality enhancements. Sometimes with just a subtle change an improvement can be made to an already great looking sports car.

The past two weeks we have redesigned our Revenge Designs Solstice front grills. We have extended the outers forward to give the vehicle more length. Then we recessed our design grill mesh to create depth in the grill.

We Hope to have the tooling complete soon. This will enable Revenge Designs to release yet another quality product.

A side by side comparison of the original Pontiac Solstice Grill and the Revenge Designs Solstice Grill shows the immense aesthetic difference. The new grill brings a sleeker, more dynamic look to the already clean lines of the Revenge Solstice.

Revenge Designs Inc. is continually moving forward with the Revenge GTM Super Car. We’ve made a lot of advances in the redesigning and finalizing of the tooling required to take the GTM Super Car to OEM quality, and the award winning standards Revenge Designs is best known for.

The Revenge GTM Super Car will include features like electronic six-speed sequential fast action shift to handle the 500 to 650 horsepower GM Performance Engine, 20” x 325 rear tires, six piston calipers, air craft style leather sports interior, digital instrumentation, large touch screen navigation system, reverse cameras, premium sound system, hands free phone, driver controlled adjustable suspension, integrated air conditioning and DNA VIN number recorded security system. We expect the GTM Super Car to uphold the Revenge tradition of power and performance through perfection.

The vehicle will also feature the custom Revenge Designs badges and identification number. With the suggested total weight of this unique sports car at 2300 pounds, fuel consumption is estimated to be at a high twenty miles per gallon, depending on driver excitement, which we also expect to be very high.
